Why Ray?
High base Effect Resistance can be used against Control Teams in PVP

How Sez Built the Hero
Ray is a hero built to counter contents that apply many debuffs. He has high base effect resistance which make him a little easier to build with high Effect Resistance. By having high Effect Resistance, enemy cannot apply debuffs unless they have High Effectiveness or skills that ignore Effect Resistance.
The idea for Ray is that he will resist all the debuffs, and then counter it by using his S3 to cleanse and heal the whole team. With that in mind, the most important stat is Effect Resistance, Health, Defense, and Speed.
Speed doesn't need to be too high but is needed so that Ray can cleanse the team as soon as possible before the other team does more damage.

Skill Enhancement
Ray's skill enhancement is simple, S3 needs to be +3 for -1 CD. The rest really depends on how much healing players want. We recommend just get S3 to +3 and test out if you need more enhancement or not.
